1) What's the warranty of the products?
    1) All of our goods supply 1 year warranty.
    2) We could repair the goods without charge if the goods is damaged without man-made factors, or else, we will charge the expenses of the tools and parts.
    3) Shipping Charge:
         a. When the customers send back the goods, the shipping charge is paid by customer.
         b. When we return the goods to the customers, we pay the shipping charge.
         c. By the way, we suggest customer to send the defective returns without any accessories by postal office and declare less as damaged goods, the charge is much cost-effective.
    4) If our technicians don't find any problems for the defective return, we will send back the goods to customer, but the shipping charge should be paid by customer.



2) Hellosurge can supply dropship?
     Yes, we support dropship.

3) Can private individuals buy from Hellosurge?
     Yes, everyone can buy from Hellosurge

4) Can Hellosurge deliver to my country?
     Yes, we can deliver to every country.

5) How long does it take to deliver the goods?  
     We will ship order within 3 days after confirming the payment as usual.

6) Can I visit Hellosurge? 
      Yes, you are welcome to come and meet us here in Shenzhen, China
      We can show you samples of items we have in stock, but if you don't preorder samples we can't guarantee we have what you need if you want to take things away with you.

7) How to receive the good? 
   
Please check the parcel without damage and enough products before you make the signature on the Airway Bill. 
    If any situation above happened, please let the dispatch officials confirm the quantity, weight and take the picture of the carton, then asked the courier company for case number, then we could take responsibility only based on the those proof.

8) How loss or physical damage of parcel, how customers should do? 
     Only if customer pay the insurance, or else, the shipment company will not take any responsibility. 
     Customer could send the bad items back to repair, but should pay the both side shipping charge, maintenance cost.
